LeaverLedger — Privacy notice

LeaverLedger is an account-isolated operational ledger. The application database stores account emails, salted password hashes, session tokens, offboarding case records (anonymous employee references, roles, final work dates, access-review control states, operator notes), case history, and audit entries.

What we do not do

• No analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party data sale.
• Support: support@fullstackassets.com.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.

Open items

Formal data-retention schedule, deletion-request workflow, incident-response plan, and subprocessor list are not yet documented. Do not enter payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive identifiers.
